A Bit About Us:

Sadies Savannahs evolved from Sadies Bloodhounds and Bengals. The name Sadie came from the first Bloodhound we ever owned. When we introduced Bengals into our home we decided to keep the name Sadies. Eventually we became Sadies Savannahs, Bloodhounds, and Bengals.

My first F2 Bengal kitten  Annie came from my friend Joyce Scroufe who at that time owned the cattery  New Horizon. On my first visit to Joyces home I was introduced to Servals and Savannahs. I was so amazed and intrigued by the personality of these cats that I decided to get a Serval of my own; "George of the Jungle" from joyce and start my Savannah program..

Joyce started breeding Savannah Cats in the late 1980s and started to register the first Savannah litters in 1994. She is known among exotic cat owners and breeders as the original founder of the Savannah Cat Breed and an expert in the breeding and care of exotic cats.

Our Kittens
Today all of our kittens are of the highest quality Serval to Savannah, Egyptian Mau, Serengeti, Savannah to Savannah matings. We guarantee socialization for all generations of our kittens and each one will be immunized and fully litter box trained when he or she arrives at it's new home and are very much eating well. Each Savannah kitten has its own personality.

Our Cats’ Life Style
Our cats have free access to secure outside play areas in a natural environment with plenty of places to hide and climb. We do not declaw any of our Savannahs, Bengals or Servals and strongly recommend against declawing.
We ship in the US and are now obtaining our Import / Export License which will enable us to ship anywhere in the continent. Please check your local laws to ensure possession of F1 and early generation hybrids is legal.

In January of 2009 we started construction of a new building for our cattery, these are some pictures we took while it was being built and a few more after it was completed.
